Privacy policy

This policy covers unihand.org, the site of UNIHAND rechargeable hand warmers. Every page opens without an account, a sign-up form or a newsletter box, and the color picker and the heat-level table run in your browser.

Visit counts

We keep totals of which pages are opened and when. They tell us, for example, whether the heat-level page is read more than the gift page. The totals carry no names, and we do not sell or share them.

If you write to us, your message stays with us while the question is open, and your address is used to reply and for nothing else. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

After you press a buy button

A buy button opens the pair in the color you picked at our retail partner, in a new tab. From that moment the partner's own privacy policy applies: the account, the cart, the payment and the delivery address are theirs, and we never see them.
